About Memorial Hospitals Group
Memorial's Şişli hospital was the first in Turkey to earn Joint Commission International accreditation and the 21st worldwide, and its assisted reproduction centre, built up under Prof. Dr. Semra Kahraman, holds the only Turkish IVF laboratory accreditation issued by TÜRKAK against ISO 15189, granted in November 2011. The group operates 11 hospitals, two medical centres and a wellness centre across five Turkish cities, treats about 75,000 international patients a year from more than 167 countries, and describes itself as a reference centre for in vitro fertilisation with roughly 9,000 cycles annually.
