3. User Accounts

Clinics and consultants listed on IVF Finder are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of their profile information, including treatment offerings, pricing, success rates, accreditations, and contact details. By listing on IVF Finder, clinics and consultants agree to:

• Provide truthful, accurate, and up-to-date information at all times.
• Respond to patient inquiries received through the platform in a timely and professional manner.
• Comply with all applicable medical regulations, licensing requirements, and local laws.
• Not misrepresent qualifications, success rates, or treatment outcomes.
• Maintain valid medical licenses and accreditations as stated in their profiles.

IVF Finder does not independently verify all information provided by clinics and consultants, and we make no guarantees regarding the accuracy of listing content. Patients are encouraged to conduct their own due diligence.

5. User Content & Reviews

Users may submit content to the Service, including reviews, ratings, comments, and inquiry messages ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you:

• Grant IVF Finder a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your User Content in connection with the Service.
• Represent and warrant that your User Content is truthful, based on genuine experience, and does not violate any third-party rights.
• Agree not to submit content that is defamatory, harassing, threatening, obscene, fraudulent, or otherwise unlawful.
• Acknowledge that reviews and ratings will be publicly visible and associated with your display name.

• Engage in any activity that could damage, disable, or impair the Service.

In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the amount you have paid to IVF Finder in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or one hundred US dollars ($100), whichever is greater.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless IVF Finder and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your User Content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which IVF Finder operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitration body in the relevant jurisdiction.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
