How we verify clinics
A listing on IVF Finder is a summary of what a clinic publishes about itself, checked against its own sources. This page explains what we check, what we cannot check, and what happens when something is wrong.
Before a clinic is listed
We confirm that the clinic exists and is operating: it has its own website or an official page, a physical address, and contact details that reach the clinic.
The address, phone number, email and website on the listing are taken from the clinic's own channels and compared with each other. Where they disagree, we use what the clinic itself publishes.
Doctors shown on a clinic's team are checked against the team or staff page on the clinic's own website.
What a published profile must have
A clinic profile is published only when it has photos of the clinic and a description written for that clinic — not a template shared with other listings. Profiles without them stay offline until they are completed.
Descriptions are written from the clinic's own published information: the treatments it offers, its location, its team and its facilities.
What we remove
Listings we cannot confirm, clinics that have closed, and entries that turn out not to be fertility clinics are taken down. Patient enquiries already sent to those clinics are kept.
What we do not verify
We do not inspect clinics, audit their laboratories or confirm the success rates they report. Success rates, prices and accreditations come from the clinic and should be confirmed with the clinic directly before treatment.

Reviews
Patient reviews are moderated before they appear. Ratings shown on a clinic are calculated only from its published reviews; a clinic with no published reviews shows no rating. Clinics can reply to reviews but cannot remove them.
Corrections
Clinics can update their own profile from the clinic panel. If you see something wrong on any listing, tell us through the contact page and we will check it against the clinic's own sources.
