About Max Super Speciality Hospital Lucknow - IVF (formerly Sahara Hospital)
The IVF service sat inside Sahara Hospital, a NABH- and NABL-accredited tertiary hospital on a 27-acre site in Viraj Khand, Gomti Nagar, so fertility patients had the hospital's own genetic testing, counselling and laboratory departments in the same building. Obstetrics and gynaecology was covered by three consultants supported by round-the-clock resident staff, working closely with neonatologists and intensivists for high-risk pregnancies. Max Healthcare bought the hospital in December 2023 and it now operates as Max Super Speciality Hospital, Lucknow, a 426-bed unit covering some 40 specialities.
