About CMedical Oslo (formerly Livio Oslo)
Norway's first private fertility clinic opened at Majorstua in Oslo in 1986 under the name IVF-klinikken, later trading as Livio Oslo, and it was also the first in the country to run its own egg and sperm bank with Norwegian donors. The clinic says more than 3,500 children have been born after treatment there. In September 2025 it was bought by CMedical, a Nordic women's-health group that combines fertility treatment with gynaecological and robotic surgery on one site, and livio.no now redirects to cmedical.no.
