About InSer - Instituto de Fertilidad Humana
InSer runs assisted-reproduction units in five Colombian cities, with Medellin alongside Bogota, Barranquilla, Pereira and Cartagena, and sorts its work into low, medium and high complexity care, from ovulation induction and intrauterine insemination through egg vitrification to IVF, egg donation, surrogacy and preimplantation genetic screening. Fertility surgery is done in house, including myomectomy, hysteroscopy, tubal recanalisation, vasectomy reversal and testicular biopsy, and the clinic keeps its own semen and embryo bank. Genetic counselling and psychological support are part of the service, and the clinic says it has close to 30 years of practice behind it.
