About Flinders Fertility
Flinders Fertility began in 1977 as a joint venture between Flinders University and the obstetrics and gynaecology department at Flinders Medical Centre, and it delivered South Australia's first IVF baby in 1982. It remains an independent, not-for-profit South Australian clinic, with consulting rooms, laboratory and day surgery gathered into one purpose-built building on Gordon Street in Glenelg, plus satellite appointments at Modbury and Gawler.
