About Embryolab Fertility Clinic
Set up in 2004 by a group of embryologists, physicians and scientists, Embryolab is co-directed by senior clinical embryologist Alexia Chatziparasidou and gynaecologist Dr Nicholas K. Christoforidis, FRCOG. From its base in Kalamaria, on the eastern side of Thessaloniki, it also runs Embryolab Academy, a training programme for embryologists, and a dedicated international patient department. Care is offered in eight languages including Serbian, Bulgarian, Romanian and Macedonian, and several of the laboratory staff hold ESHRE embryology certification.
