About Clinic EGV
Klīnika EGV has been treating infertility in Riga since 1998 and set up Latvia's first sperm bank; its doctors say they were the first in the country to use assisted reproductive techniques. The clinic works to ISO 9001:2015, and its laboratory is accredited to LVS EN ISO 15189, the standard for medical laboratories. Donor sperm is supplied through a partnership with the European Sperm Bank in Denmark, and named coordinators handle foreign patients in Latvian, Russian and English. EGV also carries out state-funded fertility procedures for Latvian patients.
