About Centre Hospitalier de Recherche et d'Application en Chirurgie Endoscopique et Reproduction Humaine (CHRACERH)
Inaugurated on 12 July 2016 and directed by Professor Jean-Marie Kasia, CHRACERH was presented at its opening as the first centre for human reproduction in Central Africa. It works simultaneously as a hospital, a teaching institution and a research centre, with six laboratories, conventional and endoscopic gynaecological surgery, senology, medical imaging, anaesthesia and intensive care, emergency cover and an in-house psychology service for couples in treatment. The building also holds non-clinical facilities including a fitness room, massage rooms and saunas.
