About Antalya Tüp Bebek Merkezi (Antalya IVF)
Opened in 2000 by Doç. Dr Kemal Özgür as the first private IVF centre on Turkey's Mediterranean coast, the Antalya unit now employs around fifty people including seven physicians, among them Prof. Dr Murat Berkkanoğlu and anaesthetist Prof. Dr Nursel Şahin. It reports more than 18,800 births since opening. Everyday running is built around an electronic patient management system with high-security identity checks on samples in the laboratory, and a mobile application called Fertibucks lets patients follow their laboratory results and treatment progress as they happen.
