Eric Chang, DO, FACOOG, is a board-certified reproductive endocrinologist at CNY Fertility, listed with the practice's Buffalo location, and has cared for patients at CNY since 2019. He earned his undergraduate degree at Penn State University and his Doctor of Osteopathy degree at Des Moines University. He completed his obstetrics and gynecology residency at Cooper University Medical Center, part of Robert Wood Johnson Medical School, and practiced obstetrics and gynecology for seven years before completing a fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. He is a Diplomate of the American Osteopathic Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. His clinical work includes IUI, egg retrievals, embryo transfers, laparoscopy and hysteroscopy, with a focus on fertility at advanced reproductive age and complex cases. He also has an interest in Asian medicine and complementary therapies.
