Doç. Dr. Kemal Özgür

Doç. Dr. Kemal Özgür is the founder and medical director of Antalya IVF (Antalya Tüp Bebek Merkezi), which he established in 2000. He graduated from Hacettepe University Faculty of Medicine and, after an obstetrics and gynaecology internship at Tel Aviv University in 1987, completed his specialty training in obstetrics and gynaecology at Akdeniz University between 1987 and 1993. He also completed the coursework of a doctoral programme in reproductive biology. In 1993 he worked as a researcher in the reproductive endocrinology department of Tygerberg Medical School in South Africa, and from 1995 to 1997 as a research fellow at the Jones Institute in Norfolk, USA. From 1997 to 2000 he was an assistant professor at Akdeniz University, where he founded and led the university's IVF centre. He received the title of associate professor in 2017 and has published research in international scientific journals.
